Rockwood-Rosser – submitted by Mike Dola

Rockwood, Rosser, Stonewall & Teulon Weed District was formed in 1966. The R.M.s of Rockwood & Rosser and Towns of Stonewall & Teulon that make up the weed district are located in the Southern portion of the Interlake. The area has a variety of agricultural producers who raise cereal and oilseed crops as well as forages and cattle. The weed districts problem noxious weeds are Canada thistle, Leafy Spurge as well as Red Bartsia in the northern portion of the district.
